“I met Craig in the used car lot by chance after a poor experience at Westminster Honda. He was kind enough to show me the car he was pulling for a customer since I liked it, gave me his card, and said he would love to work with me when I was ready. I explained to him that I was very indecisive and he listened to that and was not pushy at all. He was prompt to respond when I had questions about cars on the lot and let me move at my own pace during the car buying process.
