“Drove all the way from San Diego to purchase a Sienna van from Don. We read all the positive reviews so we took a chance. We were not disappointed. The van was exactly as shown in their pictures. Don and his wife are family people and honest. They did not try to sell us anything extra and the transaction was seamless. They really wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the van. “Before you read my review - keep these things in mind: #1 - No is forcing you to buy a car #2 - Due diligence is always your responsibility - Do a pre-purchase inspection #3 - This dealership, like every other used car dealership - is selling USED cars - they can't disclose every single thing that the car went through and there are no guarantees - it's an implicit risk of buying used (especially older) That being said, I had a very good experience with my purchase at Hi Auto Sales. I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra with ~$141K miles. Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship. This review is NOT intended to advertise or promise anything on their behalf, but my experience with them was great and they definitely earned this 5 start review. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future should I need another car!”

“This is a family owned business. Every car on this lot is super clean, low miles and great price . The owner prides himself in his cars. He Only buys smart and sells quality cars with car fax proof . I have bought 2 cars from him and have referred him to all my friends and family. Very honest hardworking people.”

“Guys I don’t understand how this company isn’t just 5 stars all around. If you’re a no BS money in hand kind of buyer than this is the place for you. Don just knows how to do good business. We came in last minute after our GX470 purchase in Irvine turned out to be a rust bucket. We didn’t call ahead of time so the car wasn’t there when we arrived … BUT Don went and got it just for us to view the car. It was about an hour to go get it and there was no guarantee of us even buying. The car was in phenomenal shape (2009 GX470). Paint great, trip great, interior clean. Most importantly Don and Leyna were upfront about everything with the car. Car fax provided by them and it matched all the records we looked up. No haggling but there’s no haggling necessary because the cars that are popular and he runs a business. You can’t get the car for 200 more than the dealer guys come on. Lastly the cars were always being cleaned. Don let us drive and try all of the vehicle features like the low and high gears (we didn’t break anything and knew what we were doing). And took the time to let us look at it in and out. I will be buying here again. Don’t mind the other reviews, do your own research on the vehicle and ask for an inspection, Don has nothing to hide.”
