I have so many good things to say about this dealership. Mason in the service department along with Averie and Rob in the collision center were incredibly helpful with checking out my car and treated me with genuine respect. On top of that, when I was looking for a car Johnnie in used car sales actively searched for the exact vehicle I was looking for. While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from them because another dealership had the car that was best for me, I would absolutely recommend this dealership and plan to return in the future. Johnnie still congratulated me on my new car even though I didn’t purchase from them. It can sometimes be hard to find a dealership that treats with professionalism and kindness across every department. I’m very grateful for their support and the way they treated me!

Just leased a new vehicle and had a hiccup. We told the sales person multiple times that we needed a tow package because we just bought a teardrop travel trailer that we needed to tow. We were the last customers of the day and when we left I didnt think anything of it. However, the next day I was going to go pick up the trailer and to my suprise no trailer hitch. Called the dealer about it and spoke to the manager Dalton. Great guy! Not only did he help me out he made the whole process easy. The service department staff was excellent and curtious. I would highly recommend you try out this dealer. They really seem to care about making their customers happy!

I left all the detailed comments in the survey. They damage your car in different spots then what you originally fixing. They promise you to give the parts back and yet they come up with all excuses after and not provide you them

I started going to North Brothers for my regular oil changes because I didn't have to schedule weeks out to get service. Every interaction with them has been a positive one. The staff are friendly and on time. They return my calls when they say they will. Service is completed when they say it will be completed. Recently, I've been using their remote oil change service, where they come to my house to change my oil in my driveway. It has saved me so much time--I love that convenience.

My experience with North Brothers Ford... My situation was slightly complicated, but Marisa took care of everything. It was quick and easy. So I decided to switch to North Brothers for my lease needs. Marisa is now my new go to salesperson. I highly recommend asking for her if you are looking for a new salesperson. My new baby
