“Jaileen was great and very pleasant to work with. Overall very happy with the value for my purchase of a traded in vehicle. They were quite fair with what they gave me for my trade in too! There were some delays with the service department in completing the tune up to get it ready for sale, but that was not her fault at all and she was great with communicating and following up to make sure things were taken care of. She made the test driving and paperwork experience super easy and I never felt pestered or pressured to make decisions which I appreciated as a woman at a dealership.
