“I have had a few vehicles at Mercedes Palm Beach and I can honestly say that in all my years of driving, I have had the best experience here. They go above and beyond, always welcoming, eager to help even if it’s not their department. Truly the best experience! Peter is a true leader supporting a great team. I’ve worked with Jeff Hessert in service and he’s the best. Very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating to my busy schedule and I never have to come back due to a mistake they made. Highly recommended.”

“I had an excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach. Christian was an outstanding salesman. I actually followed him from Pennsylvania to Florida because of the level of service he provides. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help. Christian truly went above and beyond, jumping through many hoops to keep the entire process moving smoothly. Wendy was also fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job walking us through the details of our purchase and the features of the car. Thanks to their efficiency and professionalism, we were able to complete everything quickly and get back on the road to Pennsylvania. Thank you both for making the experience seamless and enjoyable!”

“I originally visited Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach because I was unhappy with my current vehicle from another brand and wanted more information about a Mercedes SUV. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. After explaining my needs, I was quickly connected with Todd Moore. Todd listened carefully to what I was looking for and impressed me with his deep knowledge of Mercedes vehicles. He patiently explained the “hows and whys” behind the features, models, and differences—taking the time to ensure I fully understood everything, which was exactly what I needed as someone who likes to know the details. Thanks to his thorough, patient guidance, I was able to confidently narrow down my options and choose the perfect vehicle. Even after the purchase, Todd has been incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions I've had about the car's functions. The maintenance team has been equally attentive and accommodating. What could have been a stressful dealership experience turned out to be helpful, enjoyable, and pressure-free—all largely due to the exceptional care and patience I received from Mr. Moore. Because of this outstanding service, Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach will definitely be my go-to dealership for future purchases. Highly recommended! Thank you, Todd and the entire team.”

“I purchased a black EQS sedan with a white interior; it is the physical manifestation of my labor, a German work of art that helps me navigate the noise of the world. When I entrusted my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach in December for a warranty roof leak, I assumed I was handing it to fellow curators. It was a simple bailment. I provided a flawless asset; I expected the same in return. Upon the vehicle's return in January, the presentation was visibly curdled. The interior was degraded. There were dark, oleaginous smears on the white headliner, fingerprints of indifference left by a technician who seemed to have forgotten they were working in a customer’s car. The leather door panels bore indentations and foreign marks that marred the cabin's smooth topography. The airbag covers were reseated with such geometric incoherence that their alignment is asymptotic; they gape open so deeply that they will forever be approaching the correct position, yet mathematically destined never to actually meet it. I was promised a rectification. I waited two weeks, driving a loaner, anticipating the moment I could return to my own car. Yesterday, I was called to retrieve it. To serve a bad dish once is a mistake; to send the exact same cold, broken plate back out to the table two weeks later is an insult. It suggests that the Mercedes-Benz slogan "The Best or Nothing" has been quietly revised to "Whatever We Can Get Away With." The car is in disrepair. The smudges remain. The dents persist. The alignment gaps mock the very concept of German precision. This repetition of error forces one to contemplate the uncomfortable sociology of the quality of service promised. My family has been loyal to this dealership for years; we are not tourists here. Yet, I stood there feeling an all-too-familiar dynamic wash over me: the subtle, patronizing assumption that because I am a young woman, my eyes do not work. I tried to speak with the general manager; however, he was unavailable. In returning to explain what is wrong with my car and why I cannot accept it, I feel there is an implicit wager being made here that I can be exhausted into acceptance, that I will not notice the difference between a pristine panel and a damaged one. Let me be precise: I notice. I am not asking for a favor; I am asking for the bailment to be honored. You have introduced entropy into a closed system. I expect the damaged panels to be replaced and the interior returned to the blindingly white, surgical standard in which it arrived. I am writing this with a smile, but it is the smile of someone who knows exactly what they are owed and has the patience to ensure they receive it. It would be good to meet with the General Manager to discuss such an instance.”
