“Met with mr. Eric Nava, car salesman extraordinaire and he helped me get out of my previous lease on a Mazda cx-50 and into a new Kona LTD with all the bells and whistles. Eric was confidently well rounded and well versed around his knowledge of his area of expertise which made me feel comfortable after the first 30 minutes of being there. I went on the first test drive alone for about 40 minutes then came back to the dealership to get him for the second drive so that he can acclimate me to certain Tech functionalities and features of the vehicle in which he was well versed. I also had the pleasure of meeting with his sales manager Xavier, whose presence was also warm and inviting and made sure to let me know that if I need anything to give him a Hollar. I hung out with Erick for a couple of hours and in that time we were like best buds. Joking and laughing about everything. A really great guy. Overall had a great experience and left the dealership with the vehicle that I intended to meet with period! So far, so good with my purchase.
