Andrew was very patient while helping us decide on which car fits best for our family. He is charismatic and detail oriented. He goes the extra mile and ensure he’s working in your best interest. He shared his lunch (pizza) with us while we waited. He also offered us donuts, and drinks from his mini cooler. The test drive was smooth and he knows his product well. Even though we came slightly unprepared, he was able to have most of our paperwork printed while we were here. Also, we had great conversations that were relatable. Go see Car Guy Carpenter! You’ll be happy.

I had a great experience purchasing my truck from this dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The sales staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy — they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. The truck itself was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. Everything was clearly explained, pricing was transparent, and the paperwork process was quick and easy. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers right and stands behind what they sell, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out. You make an offer they don't know how to counter. You just get ghosted. Contacted Memorial Highway Chevrolet regarding a lease. I gave clear, reasonable terms and was upfront that I was flexible and willing to come up if needed. Instead of countering or even attempting to structure a deal, the salesperson came back immediately with a number hundreds higher and no explanation or negotiation. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I was expecting a conversation. Very disappointing experience and not how you earn business...........Update after response from dealership.....Well I was contacted by a Ron Del and he said he would get back to me. Still waiting ghosted. I was never told the challenges facing a lease. I was never tried to flip into something else. Im glad I was told this in my review. It helps my decision making. Again it seems like this dealership doesn't want to make any deals. They just ghost you if you come with a reasonable offer. Maybe send your salesman to deal making school if there is such a thing

Whats a great place to buy a chevy i made a request online to buy 2026 chevy trax active and boy was our salesman great quick and efficient i was able to finance through gm 😊 and sign and drive traded in my old car and still had some left over to go towards new one owner is great too very pleasant place and quick out the door in a hour and great customer service so happy i went here and got approved shout out to finance for getting it done you've earned a customer for life i would recommend 10 stars if i could. Go here for your new ride they will get it done!! Oh and what a great color cacti 💚 green
