“I had a frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. I came in with an appointment to take care of a recall, an oil change, and a tire rotation. About two hours after I dropped off my car, they claim they tried to call me to say they couldn’t complete the tire rotation because they needed the wheel lock. I confirmed they had the correct phone number, and I can confidently say I never received any call or missed call from them. When I picked up my car the next day, I had to insist that they complete the tire rotation. I then provided the wheel lock—which, as it turns out, had been in their possession the entire time. This made the earlier excuse even more frustrating. Although they eventually rotated the tires, they did not rotate the spare. When I asked about it, I was told that rotating the spare is “only done upon request.” This was never communicated to me beforehand, nor did anyone offer to include it while my vehicle was already being serviced. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in communication and attention to detail. For something as routine as scheduled maintenance, I expected a much higher level of professionalism.
