“I recently purchased my pre-owned car from Scott Honda of West Chester, and my experience couldn't have been better. Their communication and customer service were excellent! I called to test drive the car, but it was getting a new hybrid battery (which is a great sign that they ensure the cars are in the best working condition). They said they would call me when the car was back at the dealership, and they did, so I set up an appointment to test drive it. They then called and texted me to let me know that the car had an odd smell coming from the vents, so they were running a sanitizer overnight. They really put me at ease that they were taking care of everything with this car. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Natalie, who was so nice and extremely professional. Everyone worked together to get us the best price for our trade-in and for our financing. The car was well below market value, plus we have a free limited warranty and free inspections. Then made sure I stopped in before they closed. I was greeted very politely at the door by Jackson and he was delightful to speak with!
