“I helped my daughter buy her first car, and Sharif was great. I recommend asking for him if you plan to shop there. He was friendly, considerate, and absolutely professional. Most salespeople are frankly awful. He was fantastic. I nearly gave this review one less star because of another salesman. Sharif offered to take our photo in front of her new car, he politely asked this other salesman to move out of the frame. This man rudely told Sharif to move the car to another spot. The rude salesman aside, I still recommend the dealership.”

“I have to say that I hate the car buying process. It is a long painful day. I have purchased 9 new and 2 used cars from dealerships all over and every time it was just horrible. This past Saturday I had an appointment at West Chester Kia and hands down it was the best experience I have ever had. I was actually sitting there laughing with my salesman and other salesmen.
