“My 2019 VW Atlas just under 80,000 miles had the ECU go as well as some water pump issues. Luckily, the manager there is familiar with Goodwill repair request with VW of America, which was actually approved which is awesome and saved me thousands of dollars as they replaced the ECU. Appreciate Garnet Volkswagen for going extra mile to secure that approval and expedite the fix while also giving me a loaner to use while they held the car. This is the reason why we go there for all repairs after the great experience of purchasing the atlas from this dealership. Thanks again and hopefully I don't see you soon but if I do, I know I'll get good service and repairs.”
