“Lied to my face said the truck was fixed or not able to replicate found old codes on the truck for brakes that they did not notify me about I bought the truck from them 1month ago and they have had it for two weeks it’s a 2024 and they told me in person if there were problems they would take care of them and know I have a truck with codes and problems and they refuse to help and clam they have done all they can the codes I scanned with my basic code reader were for brake codes and trailer brakes which I told them I was getting ready to go on a long trip with a trailer and was not notified when I asked him why it was not notified they claimed they don’t hook up a scanner unless it is required never seen a dealership, not hook a scanner up when they first get a vehicle in for Service or specifically issues being stated I would advised Be cautious, purchasing a vehicle from here and certainly do not have the service or maintained there. I worked with Roberto from Service and Marty from sales In the sales manager personally guaranteed that they would take care of any issues with the truck as long as it was with in a reasonable amount of time, I had issues in the first three days and got it in after two weeks. and we’re not even give me a loaner vehicle a mistake of not having it written down or signed just going off of a person‘s word do not make the same mistake thank you and good luck if you plan on purchasing from them .”
