“I regret not paying attention to the Google reviews. I was charged over $600 today without receiving the service I paid for. My car was with them from 9 AM to after 2:30 PM without any work done. They sent a filler video only after I reached out multiple times. After more than two hours of waiting at home, I was told they needed to keep my car overnight, but then informed it was ready moments later. Upon picking it up, I found the oil life setting unchanged, the AC still not cooling, and the oil was dirty and low. It’s unacceptable to be charged for services that weren’t performed. I am extremely disappointed and will not return to this dealership. However, I will file a complaint to corporate for assistance. If you're here reading the reviews to help you decide, I cannot recommend this dealership due to unethical business practices. I can't believe this happened to me.”

“If I can give them zero stars I would they are very misleading i got a call to come do a trade on my 2023 jeep renegade and when I got there I stayed there over 7hrs and they did absolutely nothing but wasted me n my mother time I originally got my jeep brand new 2023 with super high payments and that's why I ended up back here. The management very poor because I called to complain on the misleading calls on doing a trade in if I wasn't qualified to began with why call me if I wasn't qualified now what makes a difference from 2023 when I got my jeep. The offer me nothing at all which is unfair to me at least they could've change my oil for free or something I don't recommend no one to come here i will never do business with them again”

“If you are looking for a new car, truck or SUV, this is definitely a good place to go. HUGE selection. I however drove here, (4 hours) to test drive a used Jeep. Was told it had just been serviced!! It kept popping out of 1st gear. Turn signals didn't work. It was taken back to the service dept. Guy comes back and says the problem is in the ignition switch, they'll have to order the part. Then, I kid you not. Tells me, "We'll be happy to mail it to you so you can have someone replace it, or you can drive 4 hours back out here and we'll do it for you." NO, replace it. I'll test drive it again and see if there's anything else that needs fixed. It's just odd to me, if it had been in the service dept for 3 days already, aren't these issues that should have already been taken care of???”

“The guy in these photos is an actually piece of slime. He cheats in video games turning clips into videos for clout on TikTok. The guy is just slime would not recommend this company with guys like this working for them.”

“A smaller Chrysler Express Lane service. Amenities were OK. Wi-Fi was available for free. Associates not wearing masks.”
