There was no pressure and she listened to my needs and what I was looking for. Joe was also very helpful with my different options on financing or leasing. “My experience was all in all great. I’d say an 8/10. Although, Jessica, my service agent, was incredible, and I’d rate her service 10/10. She was very sweet and took care of me. I brought in my Chili Red 2006 R52, and it had to stay in the shop for a few days for a repair. She got me a loaner, and picked another Chili Red, because she said she wanted me to feel at home and I thought that was awesome. I also had a recall on my Mini, and she said the parts wouldn’t come in until the following week. Therefore I would have to bring it in again. I was fine with that, not much you can do. However, when I went to pick up my Mini from its repair, she let me know she had someone go drive and pick up the parts elsewhere, and they fixed my recall as well. That’s fantastic customer service and going above and beyond. Overall she was very friendly, sweet, and provided excellent service to me and made sure my baby was taken care of. Thank you Jessica!”
