“I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new truck. From the moment I walked in, my salesperson Richard Fernandez was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect truck for my needs, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.
Their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service really stood out. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was completely satisfied before I drove off the lot. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the overall experience.”

“Big Star was easy to work with, My Wife and I test drove a couple of vehicles and then told them what we wanted to see in them. They brought a a 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in the Granite which is a beautiful color it had what we were wanting and some, at a price that was good and even better with the discounts. So we Bought it the same day. Kevin Tran was our sales person, Carolina was out sick.”

“I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Kevin Tran was my salesman and he was great; He doesn’t BS you, he listens to what you’re looking for, and he is patient. I walked in knowing the exact cars I wanted to test drive and he immediately pulled them around. He was honestly super chill and he seems pretty knowledgeable about vehicles and their mechanics etc which is obviously good working at a car dealership. I was there only a few hours and only like 1-1.5 of those hours was the process of actually buying the car, I liked the time management a lot there. Every car I test drove was detailed really well, no smells or stains etc which I definitely liked a lot here. Overall I had a really good experience and I’d definitely purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.”

“I recently purchased a brand-new truck from this dealership and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
The sales process itself was frustrating due to poor time management and lack of preparation from the salesperson. I ultimately found the truck myself, looked it over, agreed on pricing, signed all paperwork, and took the truck home.
After getting the truck home later that evening, I noticed visible hail damage on the roof, hood, and doors that was never disclosed during the sale. Around 5:00 PM, I immediately contacted the salesperson and sent a video showing the damage. He told me he would speak with his manager.
The next morning when the dealership opened at 7:00 AM, I reached out again and was told once again that he would “get with the manager.” By 11:00 AM, after still hearing nothing, I contacted him again and was told he had been in a two-hour meeting and would get back to me within the hour.
When he finally responded, I was told that Dodge was already aware of the hail damage issue and were sending techs out regarding repairs to affected trucks. Their solution was simply to place me on a waiting list so I could eventually drop off my brand-new truck for hail repair.
I should not have discovered undisclosed hail damage myself after bringing home a new vehicle. A dealership should fully inspect and disclose damage before completing a sale, especially on a new truck.
Due to the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled, I ultimately returned the truck and handed back the keys. After dropping the truck off, I asked the salesperson if there was anything I needed to sign. His response was, “Nope, just need the key, that’s it.” I then had to order an Uber home myself.
Later, I texted the salesperson asking how long it would take to receive my refund. The next day I called again to ask about getting my down payment returned and was told, “I don’t know, that’s going to be with the finance manager.”
I then contacted the finance department directly and was told it would take 3–5 days after either I or the salesperson brought in the receipt. After speaking with the salesperson again, his response was once again, “I got you.”
That phrase was used throughout this entire process, but not once during this experience did I actually feel like he “got me.” Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, undisclosed damage, confusion regarding the refund process, and still waiting for the return of my down payment, this has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I’ve experienced.
Edit:
The dealership GM personally called me, which I did respect, and he listened to my concerns. He apologized for the experience and mentioned they had recently held a meeting regarding the hail-damaged vehicles. He also offered Visa gift cards, which I declined, and asked if I would consider changing my rating.”
