“Hello all, my great grandmother has been going to this place since 2015 and has continued to be scammed and bluntly lied to about many different things (forgive me this is a long story) we’ve recently had our brakes replaced with new tires put on our 2015 dodge Journey after 2-3 days getting new brakes the service ABS light and traction control light on the dashboard appeared so thinking nothing was horribly wrong we took it to O’Riley’s and Waynesville tire where we originally got our brakes done so they could use a scanner to see what exactly was wrong and mind you these two different stores used 4 different scanners in total that said nothing was wrong so in our minds we had no choice but to go to the auto-star dealership when they told my 80 year old grandmother that the ABS module was damaged as well as with the exact words they used “pouring” from the gasket which with further investigation by multiple different people we know is far from the truth mind you this job was nearly 2,000 dollars for everything in total which is outrageous and with that further investigation we ended up replacing the fuse for the ABS and the lights went away and haven’t come back on since then and it’s been almost 4 days since then… the other thing I will put in here is when we decided to get new brake parts for our vehicle they tried charging us for high performance brakes which is strange we ended up going somewhere else.. so from my understanding this auto star service center is lying about everything they can to get more money out of unknowing older ladies thinking they have no source of vehicle mechanical knowledge. We will be canceling our next appointment and not returning here again”

“Dealership is great, service center sucks. It took 2 hours to look at a tire. And charged me when nothing was done. Waste of my time. Next day I had a family member go to get some work done, and the warranty didn’t cover the work, which go figures most warranty jobs are declined, and they wanted to charge almost triple what any other shop would’ve charged for the same repair with OEM parts.”

“We visited their showroom to take a look at the new RAM truck. The place was well lit and several vehicle were on display. The staff is friendly but leave you pretty much alone to inspect the vehicles at leisure. A beautiful hundred thousand dollar Wagoneer was standing in a corner and was way outside our budget. Access to the dealership is easy, no barriers or steps. Even the doors are automatic. Handicap ♿️ friendly. Attractive clean restrooms and a spacious customer lounge. An attractive dealership worth the visit.”
