BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT do business with this dealership. I have called Mr. Thigpen directly to no avail- but we purchased a preowned 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee through the Sales manager, Chianti and wired FULL payment to Sammy the Finance guy on TUESDAY. That Friday, (3 days later) they called to say, SORRY, but we sold the car to someone else! NEVER in all my years of car purchasing have I dealt with a less responsive, unprofessional Dealership as this one! Go ELSEWHERE. They committed Fraud by accepting 2 offers and payment on the same car and are lucky I didn’t contact the Attorney General of Georgia and file charges against them. To make matters worse, it took forever to receive a refund of my full payment. They get 1 star for being in business otherwise they are an awful establishment. Exceedingly disappointing!!!

I bought a 26 Jeep Wrangler. Mr. Jackson and the entire team at Paul Thigpen were amazing. Best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle. Deal was done over the phone. Told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Drove over and signed the papers and I was in and out in less than an hour. Go see Mr. Jackson so he can get you in a new ride today.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Paul Thigpen CDJR. The salesman was not overbearing. The salesman and Finance guy were great. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They made the buying process simple. Very friendly group of people that we came into contact with while there. I will recommend people to go there to purchase a vehicle.

Outstanding experience at Paul Thigpen CDJR Waynesboro. I ended up purchasing a GMC Sierra 1500, and from start to finish they were honest, straightforward, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. What started as an accidental message turned into the best car-buying experience I’ve had. They fought to get me the best deal possible and even helped steer me away from other salesmen and dealerships that clearly did not have good intentions. Sammy Anderson, Stephen Boyd and Jeremy Mier were amazing to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and respectful the entire time. Although the dealership itself is new, these guys are seasoned professionals. As a U.S. Army soldier, I really appreciated the shared values of honor, respect, and integrity. It felt like working with people who truly stand behind what they say. They’ve earned my trust, and when it’s time to buy my wife a vehicle, I’ll be coming back here. Highly recommend Paul Thigpen CDJR Waynesboro. P.S. Don’t confuse them with Paul Thigpen Ford.

I'll try to make this vent as short as possible. My father purchased a Grand Cherokee 3 years ago. He has an extended warranty. Its been in and out of JTs cdjr for mainly the suspension. The air ride. This is not about jts though. He took the vehicle here because jts can't seem to get right. I'm a Nissan master tech. He brought it to me to take a look through it and find whatever need attention. Because the warranty is about to run out. The air ride belows were blown out in the rear and sloppy up front. Which caused the shocks to blow prematurely. All covered under the warranty. Both bank 1 and 2 cats need to be replaced. Not covered under warranty. No problem. I'll take care of that later. Find the exhaust manifold has some broken bolts. Which anyone who's ever had a hemi with more than 50,000 miles knows thats not all that uncommon. It was a little difficult because of the lack of room but I managed to get decent pictures of the broken bolts. It was taken to jts for exhaust leek also. They said it was just the cats. He took it here because he was getting no where at jts. Takes the picture and shows them here that he knows the bolts are broke and the warranty covers it. They tell him no. The bolts are good. Mind you. He has pictures. Proof in hand. They're like. No. The bolts are fine no exhaust manifold leak. Just bank 2 cat. Charges him over two thousand dollars for the one. After they were told not to replace it. He was getting both of them replaced by someone else. Just fix the exhaust manifold. They said " well, we already did and it cost you x amount " . Only replaced one air bag. And charged him another 2 thousand for the two rear shocks that the warranty company covers because it had to be replaced to fix the air below. Didn't touch the other three that are bad. Now the vehicle sitting on the ground. Let me tell you why they refuse to fix the problem. Every time the vehicle gets something done to it there's a deductible. So they will only do one wheel at a time. And say the others are fine. When they are not. The reason they refuse to fix the exhaust manifold is because on this vehicle the motor has to come out. The techs they have are flat rate. The warranty covers it but only pay so much. Its a lot of work. Pulling the motor. Likely drilling the broken bolts. The liability involved is high. Well now , like with the suspension dominoes into bad shocks , hubs, cv axles. All prematurely worn out. Such excessive wear. If you have an exhaust manifold leak for long enough it will ruin your cats. And start to cause its own dominoes affect. Burnt valves. Warped heads etc. etc.etc. leads to basically premature west and replacement. Which leads to more and more problems and failure long before should even have to think about it. Now its escalating to chrysler corporate over the multiple dealerships that refuse to fix what was covered under warranty. Lets say they have the right to refuse. Okay. They dont have the rightbto lie intentionally and say its fine when there is proof its not. Being a technician myself makes my testimony credible. dont know what chrysler is going to do to help fix this situation. I do know if they dont escalate this problem internally and come up with a plan to rectify this situation,I will have to. To the best of my ability. I'm going to start with the Attorney General office. Seems like the most logical. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have sent these pictures to chrysler and the Attorney General office in Georgia and South Carolina. Its one thing to refuse to the job. May be your right to do so. You can not mislead intentionally. As stated in the invoice. Then there's the question of double charging. Fidelity and customer paying on same part of bill. I'll just add those pictures here also. So you dont have to take my word for it. You can just see it. There's over a thousand unaccounted for. Over another thousand customer pais that fidelity responsible for.
