WOW after reading reviews that date more than a yr. of ELRAC, LLC d/b/a Enterprise Car Sales now I understand how unprofessional upper management Mr PAUL GIBSON and Mrs ASHLEY WISE have always been. Called for 2021 Red Toyota Sienna Hybrid for 35k with 36k miles the salesperson RALPH DESTINE said yes but advised me to put a 1k because other people where interested in it, after going back and forth he made me feel comfortable enough for me to do it. Ralph is respectful, sweet, professional and makes you feel at ease. 3 days later my husband and I went to buy the car 6/20/25 with a bank's pre-approval ck and personal finance for the down paymt. making it a cash transaction for Enterprise Car Sales with the contingency that the dings and scratches would be fix by their ASE Certified technicians. On my insistance I took it to be fixed on the 7th day 6/27/25. To our surprise when we saw the fix, I would have done better with my gel nail kit, what a joke as shown on photos BE AWARE. 1-1/2 hr from our residence it was the 7th day and the vehicle was falling apart inside. We told Ralph we were returning the Sienna and he politely, respectfully and professionally procedded to reverse our down paymt. but they didn't released my pre-approval ck. even tho I have proof they had it in the office and they had no right to it. Obviously they were acting in bad faith just because we acted on our rights to return. Asst Mgr ASHLEY WISE was rude and very unprofessional had the nerves to tell me that it was a used car to which I answered yes I know but that is why I was paying more than a reg Sienna but this one was not to Certified Cars standards. After charging us a return fee we ended up signing the return papers outside in the parking lot, what a shame and disgrace of a manager in this place, she should take classes w Ralph on how to treat people. Next day Mgr PAUL GIBSON told me a lie that the ck was dep the next day, I was raised to not desrespect others so I restrained myself of calling him a liar. He said good luck finding what you want, but how could I buy anything if they where holding on to my ck intentionally. But lucky for us my hubby and I have excellent credit so I got myself a pre-approval ck and that very same day and we found our gem on our way back home, a 2024 Silver Toyota Sienna Hybrid w 20k miles for just 6k more and just 1 year old with a true Gold Certification from Toyota what a difference at Conicelli Toyota at Conshohocken, PA including permanent plates and state sticker because it was purchange in PA where we live. At Conicelli Toyota even their 2020 Certified Cars looked new just that we wanted a low miles vehicle. One thing is for sure I owe Mr. GIBSON for being a liar and Mrs. WISE for being so unprofessional because my husband was interested on the honda Passport but he later said no way am I doing business in a place like that specially with a woman like ASHLEY, that gave me the opportunity to find my gem...yaaay! Despite the awful reviews of upper management the owner decides to look the other way. It looks to me that reviews are not important or matter to him but I will be contacting Enterprise Corporate offices at 600 Corporate Park Drive, St. Louis Missouri 63105. RALPH should be trained to be the manager of that place...not the unprofessionals they have now. I had a very detailed review of how everything went step by step but it was too long and went over what was allowed but took screenshot for Corporate. Hope this helps anyone know their rights and what to expect of Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ ***GOOD LUCK EVERYONE***”

“Very good experience overall. Buying the car was quick and easy with Jay. We practically did everything to get me approved and set up over the phone so I was able to come right in after work and practically just get the keys and go! I had an alignment issue i realized when driving home, they put me in a rental at no cost and had it fixed to perfection within just a few days.
