“I had a great experience at Walker Jones yesterday. The whole service process only took about an hour, which was much quicker than I expected. They met me outside when I dropped my car off, and that convenience made everything super easy from the start. When I came back to pick it up around lunch time, the ladies inside were all very kind and welcoming, and the pickup process was quick and easy. I also really appreciated the gentleman who pulled my car around for me so I didn’t have to walk around in the heat to find it — such a small thing that made a big difference, even though I didn’t catch his name.
