“TLDR: I had a great experience. Marquise and Eddy were very nice and patient. They made the experience painless and I came away with the car I wanted at a great price. I had been on the hunt for a very specific color and trim of the Honda Pilot. I was given a quote from another dealer that was very good, but it was a bit far from me. I hunted around and found what I wanted at Honda of Watertown. After going through the online sales, they said they would beat the price I was quoted. I was skeptical. I read a lot of reviews for the dealer and many of them said they were told the same thing but sales staff wouldn’t honor it. But, I gave them a shot because the worst that happens is they don’t do it. I’m really glad I went. I worked with Eddy and Marquise, and they did beat the price I was quoted and worked with me on the trade in value of my old car. I came away with exactly the car I wanted at a really great deal, and working with the staff was overall a pleasant experience.”
