“This was a traveling purchase for me, nearly 7 hours of drive time. A perfect bonding trip for my 6 year old and I. We made our journey to find only a couple small unsatisfactory issues. Knowing this was a used off road intended toy, my expectations were close. I completely understand the definition of a used vehicle. On the return trip a few issues did arise. Again the nature of the beast when buying used. I do believe their QC team or mechanics have some room for improvement. This being said, some polite conversation with the sales team and we came to a comfortable agreement. I mean the did take my strong running beast of an 01 Acura. Looked like it had seen more off road action than the Jeep. She had strong guts. My situation being a little unique, as I am a bit of a well tooled mechanic, they did work with me on parts cost. All I asked for and more than I expected! Great Job! Two thumbs up! The sales team I worked with did a great job. My badgering questions on a used vehicle I had never seen, were satisfied about 95%. A few missing photos requested, though they did go out of their way to send some extra videos and dig in to some questions. For these reasons alone I give them 5 stars. They did more than most. People need to understand used cars carry many unknowns. Be polite, express your concerns, and make a deal! If you are disappointed when you sign the papers, you should have given it more thought.
