“I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and while there were parts of the experience I genuinely appreciated, there were also some major issues that I feel need to be shared. To start on a positive note: I love the truck, and the buying process itself was smooth and straightforward. The staff were friendly, and I drove off the lot feeling good about the purchase. However, a few things after the sale have left me pretty disappointed. First, I felt underpaid on my trade-in. I was told the value was lowered because it needed new tires—but then the dealership listed and sold it for significantly more without ever replacing the tires. That felt frustrating and misleading. But the biggest problem has been the mechanical condition of the truck I purchased. I live three hours away, so returning to the dealership for repairs wasn’t realistic. Almost immediately after getting it home, I discovered several serious issues: The front brake rotors were warped, causing the steering wheel to shake violently when braking from above 50 mph. This wasn’t noticeable during the test drive since I couldn’t reach that speed. The next morning, the serpentine belt began squealing when the engine was cold. And the following day, the rear brake pads started squealing constantly, forcing me to stop driving the truck and take it into the shop. After inspecting the truck, the shop informed me that: -The front rotors were severely warped and would need to be replaced -The rear brake pads were worn out and rubbing the indicators in the rear and needed to be replaced -The serpentine belt needed to be replaced due to the cold‑start squealing Resulting in the replacement of all 4 brake pads and rotors and the installation of a new serpentine belt. On top of this the dealership had never installed an oil life sticker from when they did an oil change so that was replaced as well since we couldn't verify when it was last changed. These are all issues that should have been caught in a basic safety or mechanical inspection. Instead, I ended up having to put a significant amount of money into repairs immediately after buying the truck, which was extremely disappointing—especially considering my trade‑in had zero issues. Overall, I’m happy with the truck itself, but extremely disappointed with the condition it was sold in and the lack of a proper inspection. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously so future customers don’t end up in the same situation.”

“Just bought my 2025 jeep grand Cherokee. Kalen was able to find me all the features and colors I wanted. On top of beating other lots pricing and finding me extra bonus discounts on top of it. Made the whole experience stress free and relaxed so I can just enjoy getting my new car. Kalen made sure I was comfortable before driving off learning all the features of the car and was very thorough. This dealership is ran so well and they work as a team all the way to the financing and signing of the papers. I live in Gresham and will continue to refer family/friends and drive to St.Helens any day. Thank you for everything!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!!! I recently bought a used Chevy from this dealer. The buying process went as you'd think it should, however that is the only thing that went well. I brought my own plates to put on the car and spoke with Kayla that was my intention. She took the plates and took pictures from their process. We take our "new" car home. A few days later I get a message from the dealer asking how I like my car and I mention to them that the mirror blinker is broken (which we didnt notice in the day light, but clearly it doesn't work when we see it at night ) and wondered if the would fix it. They said NO, THE CONTRACT SAYS WE DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING. Then a few days later they contact us saying we didnt pay enough and owe more money for the registration because they didnt see the tags are expired. My response was they had the plates and took pics, I also paid everything they put in the contract to include the registration fees. They tell me the will process the title only to get a copy to the lien holder but won't get the tags unless I pay more ( above the contract ) . I will be filing a complaint so the dealership can get an audit from the DMV, and I will file a complaint with the Oregon Dept of Financial Responsibility and The better business bureau of which the dealership already has 8 complaints in 3 years. Also they have alot of negative reviews on other review site too. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER !!!”

“Hey yall, this is a great place to get a new car. Just bought a newer mini cooper from them and it is amazing. Kayla is one of the best sale associates I have dealt with while buying a car. She was funny, respectful, just a blast to work with.”
