“So often times good service is either taken for granted or not recognized enough. On Tuesday evening my main truck I use for business was having a limp mode issue. I called and spoke to Mike Cantrell in the service department, I have been there before and he recognized me by name as well as my immediate need to get my truck back. We spoke about the issue, he said bring it in and he will do his best to get in as quick as possible but couldn't guarantee anything since it was not scheduled. I dropped it off not expecting to hear anything for a couple days, however by lunch time that day I got a call with a full diagnosis of the issue and the plan to repair it. I picked up my truck the very next day after a pretty major repair, covered under warranty thankfully. So I wanted to say thank you properly for the excellent service.
