“We purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, and it has been one of the most frustrating vehicle experiences we’ve ever had. The vehicle has repeatedly experienced battery glitches and has even spontaneously shut down, which is extremely concerning from both a reliability and safety standpoint. Our Jeep was brought to Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram for repairs and ended up being there for six months. During that entire time, we were not provided a loaner vehicle, leaving us no choice but to pay out of pocket for a rental for months just to get to work and handle daily life. We submitted our rental receipts to Chrysler, expecting reimbursement given the extended repair time and lack of a loaner. Unfortunately, the reimbursement request was denied, leaving us responsible for significant unexpected costs. Now, to make matters worse, the dealership will not return our phone calls I’ve emailed and called Alimia and we have been unable to get updates or any real assistance. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly disappointing. A vehicle at this price point should not have these types of issues, and customers should not be left without transportation for half a year while repairs drag on. Between the serious vehicle malfunctions, six months without our car, thousands spent on rentals, and now no communication, this experience has been unacceptable. We hope Jeep/Chrysler corporate takes this takes this situation seriously and works toward a resolution. At this point, we are exploring our options under New York Lemon Law due to the amount of time the vehicle has been out of service.”

“Went in looking for a used Ram 2500 but then a new 2026 caught my eye, Franklin was an amazing salesman even after we started having him run the numbers for the truck we originally wanted he had no problem changing over to checking out a newer one which I’ve had previous dealers have an attitude about. Ended up giving us the best number we found in the Long Island area by far. Constantly was making sure we were happy and comfortable the entire process even though he knew we weren’t sold on the car yet. For a young and new salesman he had customer service ways ahead better than anyone else I’ve dealt with. All the staff were pleasant to deal with and unlike other reviews i saw not once were we sold any “hidden fees” or added extras. Cant recommend this dealer enough and especially Franklin as a salesman. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. After purchasing the truck it came out amazing with the detailing. Thanks!”

A huge thank-you to Cody and Relmo, the sales representatives who helped me every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to finding the perfect vehicle and lease terms for me. They answered all my questions, walked me through every detail, and made sure I felt confident and excited about my decision. The customer service at Merrick Jeep is top-notch, and Cody and Relmo went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. “Terrible customer service, if I could leave zero stars I would .. I purchased a brand new Durango in July and since then it’s been serviced 3 times with no corrections made. The vehicle had a crack on the fender and rear A/C was not functioning. The first time I took it in it was there for about 3 days, I get the call to pick it up and notice damage to the rear bumper, crack still on the fender and the A/C still not working. I pointed out the damage to Ray and he said the car was like that when they got it which is strange because I did ceramic coating and paint correction on the entire vehicle upon purchase. The second time I took my car, the damages were corrected but still the A/C was not functioning. Before driving off the lot Indar checked the car and confirmed the A/C was not functioning properly. I called Ray to let him know the next day and he said the A/C was working fine when he checked. Anyway, I take the car in a third time, it was there for almost 3 entire weeks. I got no updates unless I called. The first week it was there, Indar said they found out what was wrong and the piece that needed to be replaced would arrive the following Monday. Come Monday, no word from anyone, so I called Tuesday. Tuesday he says they’re still waiting on that piece but my car would be ready before Friday. I called again Thursday and again he confirmed the car would be ready by Friday. Come Friday, no word from anyone. I figured I would let them work on it in peace and not bug them so that the problem could get resolved. Tuesday I called, Indar was out so Alima was left in charge, she gave me a call around midday saying the car was ready but it was getting detailed and she would confirm when it would be ready to pick up .. the entire day goes by and no word from anyone again. Wednesday, I called again I was told Alima was busy and she would return my phone call soon, a few hours go by and no calls. I call again and the receptionist told me my car was ready around 12. I didn’t receive a call from Alima until almost 3pm confirming my car was ready, by that time I was already heading to an appointment and wouldn’t make it on time to pick it up. I went Friday morning to pick it up and upon arrival am listening to the receptionist yelling at a customer over the phone .. no one in the entire office is professional. Anyway, I get my car after 3 weeks and the A/C still doesn’t work, shocker, it still makes a rattling noise when the A/C is on and now my car has cracks and scratches in the interior.”

“I purchased my car March 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited L when I picked up the car it had a problem with the front seat cushion, passenger side. Something was protruding through the leather. I was told by the sales person not a problem it's under the warranty make an appointment and they'll repair it, which I did which I did. Brought the car in for service in June leave the car for a few days here is a loaner car The manager Ray called me, said it's not under the warranty and that I have to call Stelantis which I did, they said it's absolutely covered under the warranty and they were gonna call the dealership and explain it to them. They don't know why they were asking a customer to make the call. I received a phone call back from Ray. It's covered under the warranty, make an appointment to get the car seat repaired and to get a loaner car That took six weeks because I need a loaner car. They don't have many of them. I was told brought the car in for the repair September 15. I was told by my advisor, Elma It would take approximately two or three days they gave me the loaner car. They said it's out on Sunrise Highway which I find very strange three days later, I got a phone call that someone has to come to my house and pick up my loaner car because the inspection is expired. I told him how dirty the loaner car was stained seats make up pencils in the cupholder candy wrappers on the floor crumbs on all the seats. They sent me another car they sent another car to my house. This car was worse than the last car heavy smoke smell, dirty seats stained what I don't know what Christmas tree deodorizer under the seats to hide. The smell of the smoke. Turns out the inspection was expired on that car. Also, I called them right away. They said, don't worry about it if you get pulled over you're not responsible for it. Who wants to get pulled over for an expired inspection. Now nine days has gone by my car is still there for the seat cover now they came and picked up this loaner car and dropped me off another loaner car that's loaner card number three now. What a joke needless to say after 15 days of my car at the dealership for the seat cover they finally gave me my car back. They said they detailed it for me. The only thing they forgot to tell me is now that it has A door ding On the passenger rear door, they took the car back. It stood two more days for a dentless repair I left six phone calls for the manager to call me. He never did. I even left a message for Shawn. I was told is a different manager. He has not called me yet. It's been four days.”
