“This review is for the service side. Major shout out to the service advisor Charles Logan. I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and recently had an issue regarding 4WD service dash light. I took it to my local Jeep dealership where they diagnosed it wrong and wanted to charge me to repair even though I have Mopar extended warranty. After a friend advised me, I took it to Walnut Creek Jeep, issue was fixed in about 24 hours under the extended warranty and no problem. They even cleaned my Jeep! Charles was really easy to talk to and was really fast with all the updates. Highly recommend him!”
