“I took a truck to pre-purchase inspection (PPI). However, after spending my own money on the inspection and as soon as they found out it is a clean PPI, communication broke down. I was given a vague notification that someone might look at it over the weekend, and when I offered to come in Saturday afternoon, the salesperson was dismissive about his availability. They ended up selling the truck Saturday morning without offering me a final chance to match or leave a deposit. Disappointingly careless communication if you are a serious buyer doing your due diligence - borderline unethical. Avoid.”

“I dealt with Ibrahim and initial visit was good however, they didn't have what I wanted so he referred me to another place and that was a terrible experience. Then I went back to see what M sport had another day and said price is firm but car in good shape and I saw broken lights etc among other issues but I just mentioned it and it became a the car is the car do you want it or not type thing. FYI to the business, I did buy my daughter a BMW newer, less miles and higher series for less than your 3 series, higher mileage and more dings and broken foglights etc. So if you go here, be very careful. I just got done giving a 45 star review to the place I bought from and I have a happy daughter and my go to used car dealer from now on which is 80 miles away but worth every mile and more. Their cars weren't perfect either but they were honest and disclosed everything plus original carfax report showing no reports. Good day M sport maybe you'll stop lying and be like this place I bought from. You will never see me again that is for sure or anyone I know because I will refer them to the other place out of town.”
