“Dropped my truck off for a diagnosis on Friday. Appointment time 11. Received a call around 4 asking to leave the car overnight and they’d have it ready Saturday morning
Called at noon Saturday and they had no idea what I was talking about. They never looked at it. Toyota in general has been very difficult to deal with. I will NEVER buy another Toyota. EVER”

“Only said they could not replicate the noise I told them about, and tried to just give it back to me immediately without checking anything, then needed another day to check anything, and when they did, would not actually take off the tires to check for issues with screeching even though I asked, and then it was extremely difficult to get in contact with them over many attempts over multiple days/weeks to even ask what they had done to my car during the check up and get a record of it.”

“I just wanted to say thanks. When I previously came in for routine service, it was recommended I replace the water pump which I finally did yesterday. I did not notice how rough it had been starting and idling until you did the work. Purring like a kitten now. Thanks for the recommendation and looking out for my car! And everyone was so nice. PS I got the last drop box envelope yesterday.”

“—Continued from Bobby K
Then I was offered free detailing and that they would swap out my car with another one when their technician gets back on Wednesday. After wasting 2 hours going back and forth in the parking lot with my salesman and sales manager, I agreed to the terms. I then left, as soon as I got on the highway my car started shaking after reaching 55 mph, I turned around and went back to the dealership, I cursed all of them, they then took me to the service manager, Karen. Eli explained the situation to her, he also mentioned what Mark said about the JBL sound system not being built for these cars, and she said that is total bullshit and he shouldn’t have said that, after explaining my frustration to her about the car and with the whole staff, for wasting my 7 days for the car I had only purchased very recently. I had the car at my house for 1 day, and at the dealership for 7, and the car had still not been fixed. So I asked her, “could you go out and test drive the car with me.” She went for test drive, while I was in the car, and felt the vibration as well, and told me that’s definitely a problem, and I should not be having problems with this brand new car, under 100 miles. We drove back to the dealership, had another heated conversation with the staff for wasting my time, and lying to me the whole time, about the fact that my car was fixed. I told Karen that I did not want this car anymore and please swap it out with another one. She said to give them a chance to fix the car, and “we are trying to work with you” and we will give you a loaner car, until your car gets fixed, because, if we swap the car for another one , you will have to pay sales tax, and will lose money since the car will be considered as used. And I told them, that’s not my problem, because you guys sold me a defected piece, so fix it or replace it with another one, and I also asked to pull out phone call history and the text history for Friday, to show me proof that they ever called or texted me, at first she said she can pull it up, and see it, when she found out they didn’t call, she said that she won’t be able to pull it up because, it’s too many days ago. Which didn’t even make any sense because at first she said that she could pull it up, and then she said she couldn’t?? After spending 2 hours in her office, I took the loaner and left, because I had better things to do, besides talking with these idiot, anyways -100/10 Do not recommend at all.”

“Horrible experience. I went in to get my lights fixed, told the guy when I dropped it off that it was an ongoing issue that DID NOT get fixed by changing a fuse. I was renting a car across the street and no one could even drive over there so I literally had to run across 5 lanes of traffic. Red flag #1, I guess.
No one called to let me know it was ready, so I had the rental for two days longer than needed. Thanks for that. But whatever, I was just thrilled to get my car fixed so I didn't have to worry any longer. I get the car and turns out all they did was change the fuse. Despite writing on the intake form that customer states "changing fuse does not fix it."
Called just recently to ask them to fix it, and have only been treated like something stuck to the bottom of their shoe. First I talked to an insufferable kid with a really bad phone voice who was supposed to have their manager call me back. Either she never went and told the manager, or the manager just didn't feel like dealing with it, because I finally called two weeks later to see what was up.
The manager was named Karen. (Yeah, you can see where this is going.) She literally laughed at me and told me I was liar. She said she won't do anything to help and essentially told me I was a fool for even asking. I'm waiting for a call back from HER manager, but I won't keep my hopes up. I feel nauseous after talking to her, honestly. What a terrible kind of person to deal with anything customer service related.
I've always been told never to go to a dealership for service and I should have took that advice. This place was a nightmare all around. So I'm out of hundreds of dollars on them, AND on the rental I kept longer than needed. This place does NOT stand behind their work, or care to make anything right. It's a shame; they had some nice interior design I guess. Gotta bilk those customers to pay for it.”
