“Almost two months ago we traveled to Car Central in CT to purchase my son's new ride. We had been speaking to Dana about a particular car, an Audi A6 2018. Dana is extremely helpful, but more than that, she's great at her job, pleasant, courteous, with a warm engaging smile and you can tell she wants her customers to leave satisfied. 😊 Jasmine in finance was also helpful, and was bad ass getting us insurance and so forth. Dana and Jasmine are really exceptional with personalities to match. We had a few hiccups, but all in all we're very satisfied with everything, especially since car is running like a dream,( my son's words not mine😊) but I agree 💯 Jason you have a great team there and we appreciate everything you guys did for us. You never know you may see us again one of these days. For anyone who needs a car for a reasonable price, want great service from confident knowledgable reps and not sure where to go, then Car Central Wallingford is definitely the place for you. I highly recommend, and when in doubt just ask Dana, she won't steer you wrong!”

“Bought car out of state and had transported. Sales experience went well and my salesperson was friendly and worked with me. Once the car arrived there were some problems however. The car came with a written inspection that showed maintenance items being performed as well as basic safety checks completed. The inspection showed the cabin air filter was replaced, but upon inspection the cabin filter had been removed from the car and never replaced and the cover was lying in the glove box. The inspection showed the suspension/steering system to have been checked and ok. The car had a vibration while driving and upon inspection had the outer tie rod worn out and loose also causing severe tire wear on the inner edge of the front tires. Had to get the tie rods replaced as well as an alignment. Inspection showed tires were checked and ok, but Both front tires were completely worn out with inner cord showing on edges and one tire was completely flat on the rim upon delivery! It was also found these damages did not happen during transport due to an illegal cord plug being installed on the tire in a previous attempt to repair that was still leaking from the same spot. I had to buy 4 new tires as well. Total of everything that had to be done to make the car safe and to actually pass their "safety inspection" was well over $1,000 out of pocket. I called back and spoke with a different person by mistake about my problems and they were immediately very angry and defensive about the situation and actually yelled at me and said "your out of luck" and "you won't get anything from us". Called back another day and finally was able to talk with my salesperson who claimed the tires were fine when it was inspected. I sent photos and they said they would cover the damages. I asked for only 471.99 in compensation to cover 1 new tire, steering repairs, and the alignment and they said they would cover it and send me a check. Waited over 2 weeks and got nothing. Called back and they said there was a problem and they were resending it. Finally got a check in the mail for $158.78. The description said "tire repair". No idea what is going on with this place but I can tell you for sure the car I purchased was by no means safe or ready to drive in any way after being advertised as a "certified inspected" used vehicle. Not to mention the car smelled like weed, was filthy, and every wheel was bent also. Buyer be ware. See photos.”
