“I would strongly caution anyone against buying a non-Chevrolet or non-GMC vehicle from this dealership. Save yourself the stress and the financial headache. The salesperson was actually great, but everything after the sale was a nightmare. First off, get EVERYTHING in writing. Every promise, every repair agreement, every detail. They will absolutely nitpick wording and try to avoid responsibility later if it’s not specifically documented. I had ongoing issues with my vehicle that should have been handled properly from the beginning. After taking the car to two separate places, I still ended up paying deductibles that were never refunded, even though those costs were directly related to fixing the original issue. Their maintenance department seriously needs improvement. Most of the techs seem inexperienced and unsure of what they’re doing. On top of everything else, they also failed to return my extra key, which just adds to the lack of professionalism and accountability. Bottom line: if you’re shopping here, stick to Chevys or GMCs only. Anything else seems to become your problem the second you drive off the lot.”

I explained all of this to Jose and he still talked to me like a person. He answered all of my million questions and went out of his way to made sure this happened for me and my family even with the uncertainty.
