“Overall I had a good experience at Walkertown Auto Sales. Donovan helped me through the process and I felt good about the deal. He was polite, patient, and his past as a certified technician before getting into sales was helpful. The car has been great. I found it online through Carfax and there was a good service record. Donovan printed out a price estimate for me because I wanted to shop around for a good deal on the loan. Tip for anyone shopping for a car, figure out your budget and what you want before you head to any dealership. Then, approach each car you are interested in with the mindset to find everything that could be wrong with it. Have a hard line of what you can live with and what you will walk away for. Always get a prepurchase inspection. Your mechanic wants repeat business from happy customers and a car that isn't a pain to maintain.”

“We bought a toyota prius from them and 30 days later the hybrid system started throwing error messages. While my wife was driving to pick up our children in pennsylvania. We called the dealership, and they offered no remediation whatsoever and said they were not obligated to do any kind of work whatsoever effectively stranding my family out of state. I will never buy a car from these people. They offered absolutely no after sale support whatsoever and didn't even offer to try”

“My son went there and bought a car his first car at that and with in the month before the 30 day tags are even off the car doesn’t run and check engine light is on after they made a illegal sale I’m pretty sure I’m looking into a lawyer but I don’t like people getting scammed it’s the worst so make sure you get any car on this lot looked at by someone other than them! good luck!”

“I went with my friend that purchased a car from this “stealership”. Within 30 minutes of driving back, the check engine light in the car turned on. We made our way back as the owner claimed he’d fix it. As we pointed out other flaws we noticed in ride back, he just dismissed them like “oh that’s a cheap repair”. This car shouldn’t have had any issues (based off their advertising) , and right before we drove away, the salesman we first met claimed “you won’t have any issues with this car” and then when we brought it back, the owner didn’t take accountability for this transaction. Yes, car was purchased as is, but that doesn’t alleviate a company from deleting codes from the computer which we discovered later with an OBD scanner. Just save your time, money, and go to carmax or carvana”

“⭐ 1-Star Review — Read Before You Buy Do NOT trust this dealership. On May 6, I purchased a 2021 Acura for $18,000 based on their listing and the owner’s promises. The vehicle was presented as being in good condition and reliable (as advertised). Within 30 minutes of leaving the lot, the check engine light came on. That’s how quickly the reality showed up. I contacted the owner right away. He was friendly at first and kept repeating how much he “cares about his reputation” and that he would take care of everything. That turned out to be nothing but words. We drove over an hour back and left the car with him. After 2 days, we picked it up — and the SAME problem came back almost immediately, this time with a loud, serious engine noise. We contacted him again and were told it was likely the catalytic converter. Once again, he told us to bring the car back and said he would fix it. So we made ANOTHER long trip and left the car there for 4 days. During those 4 days, he repeatedly told us the part had been ordered and that repairs were in progress. Then suddenly, everything changed. When we followed up again, he told us to come pick up the car. When we got there, he completely changed his story and said he doesn’t believe it’s the catalytic converter anymore — and refused to fix anything. So after all that: • He kept the car for FOUR days claiming repairs were happening • Told us a part was ordered (it wasn’t) • Made us drive over an hour multiple times • Left us without a car while we struggled to get around • And in the end, refused to take responsibility Now we are stuck with a car that has the SAME issue from day one. This is not just bad service — it’s misleading, inconsistent, and completely unprofessional. Don’t fall for the talk about “reputation.” Once they have your money, you are on your own.”
