That came in damaged August 28. They re-ordered it and installed it on August 31. “Had a 1030 service appointment due to my scheduled. I showed up at 9 am to just drop it off. basically was told can't do that come back at 10:30. That's what appointments are for. So if you have a busy schedule don't bother with Douglas Subaru because you can't drop off your car before your appointment time. Keep in mind was not asking for it to be looked at prior to appointment just wanted to drop it off. Big let down”
