Open app ROYAL MOTORS VOORHEES NJ This was a complete waste of my time amount of $10,000 on a car that I purchased from them a month ago 11/8/2025, i am disgusted with the sale. They sold me a lemon I only had the car less than a month and was already having issues with it a 2016 Kia Optima. They reassured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle at all over all. I test drove it it drove fine but after 2 weeks I had an oil leak that they did not find cause they didn't run a diagnostic test on the vehicle its self an the ball joints were messed up an needs to be replaced,they did not check over the car at all like they should have before they sold it to me. I think they only change the oil and that was it. If you're looking for a good car I suggest you do not go to dealership Royal motors they ripped me off of my savings as a single mother who worked hard to save money for a good working vechile. when I called about the issue they said it was wear and tear how can it be a wear and tear when I only had the car for less than a month. And when I took it to their mechanic Apple mechanics an the mechanic did not find anything wrong except for the serpentine belt had to be changed and needed a tune up and there was a leak on the left hand side from a bolt not being screwed in properly an their mechanicdid not do anulything at all to the vechilejust ajusted the screq that was loose. Need I say more I will be contacting consumer affairs and the lemon law. I took it to a Kia dealership just to get a diagnostic on the engine to make sure it was okay. Kia which is the biggest dealership in the world as well told me that they should have done all this stuff before selling me the car, ball joints on car should've been fixed, tune up, serpent belt should have been replaced as well as the oil leak. i had to pay for the belt to be replaced pay out of my own pocket, tune up should have been done an it wasn't. Kia stated to me that Royal motors should have ran a diagnostic test on engine ( entir vechile) an Royal motors dealership didn't do none of these things before I purchased the vehicle. Granted it's a used car that I paid a total of $10,000 for if I would've known this i would have bought a brand new car for the price I was robbed for, I can see if I bought it off the street from somebody for $4,000 to $5,000 then I can see why the vehicle would have problems. But buying from Royal Motors who is a dealership I should not have any of these issues with a used car especially for the amount of money that I paid for. Don't go here go somewhere else cuz they're a rip off and they don't do nothing to help you they're not willing to pay for what was found by Kia dealership that royal motors should have fixed before selling me the car . So now I have to pay out of pocket I was told basically buy royal motors cause they won't do anything about fixing the issue in hand about a vechile I purchased from them. I am so upset an disgusted by the dealership that I will be contacting consumer affairs and the Lemon law act. To what I can do about them selling me a lemon vechile. This is everything that was wrong with vehicle before I purchased it from Royal Motors dealership of Voorhees nj that they didn't properly before selling me the vehicle. That i should not have to pay out of pocket. I had Kia dealership emailed them the diagnostic report two Royal Motors so they can pay for what was wrong with the vehicle due to the findings from Kia dealership an hoping Royal motors would pay to have it fixed an they told me no its wear and tear wtf kind of bs is that. So now I have to come out of pocket to have these issues fixed money I don't have. I feel like this is their fault and they should have known this before selling me the vehicle and I feel like they are the ones responsible to fix the main issues of the problem that KIA found on my car that I bought off of Royal motors. My dad purchases all his cars from Royal Motors, so when I was looking to buy my first car, it was a no-brainer that this is who I should buy from. Their cars are very well-cared for, and they really care about the people who are to buy from them- not just trying to make a quick buck like some places you hear about. They helped me through the entire buying process and were incredibly patient while I was working on getting my financing in order. Kathleen, Curtis, and Mike were all amazing! Would definitely do business with them again!
