“So I wanted to wait for a bit after purchasing my car to put a review I felt was totally accurate so I will start by saying that their customer service is great I felt welcomed and at first I left feeling totally confident in the car I had purchased from them. The guy that helped me (I forgot his name) knew I had a son and kept assuring me that they were trying to do right by me because of my son and the car was in immaculate condition, drove great and that I’d be buying as is. The same day I left, the car had some issues which I brought to their attention and at first seemed like they were really big on helping. I took my car into them so they could take it to their mechanic and fix the car they told me it wasn’t a safety issue and they were being “generous” to help since I purchased it as is which I understood. I got the car back from them in the same exact condition as when I left it with them it drove the same I was still having the same issues. I took the car to my own mechanic and he let me know it had some major issues that I’m still having to get fixed on it. One of the rims on the car has really bad damage and it wasn’t safe to drive like that. The rotors were gone to shit. The control arms were bad, amongst other things The car is in okay condition. I definitely wouldn’t not say it’s in as great of condition as they they tried to say. Based off of just my experience with them I wouldn’t recommend them to my own family/friends as this was my first car purchase and I didn’t have a whole lot of knowledge on the specific car I purchased. I advise if you get a car from them to do a thorough inspection of the car yourself and don’t listen when they tell you everything is great with the car. Again customer service was great, I just wish they would have done a better inspection on the car themselves and realized it wasn’t in any condition to be sold especially to someone with a small child and that they wouldn’t want someone to sell a car like that to their loved ones.”
