I’ve had my fair share of car shopping experiences: it takes forever, salespersons try to upsell and make things overwhelming, trying to find a good price and rates take forever, but Mike made it easy. They have a wide variety of options on the lot and the brands they have are reliable. The staff is very kind and kid friendly, offering TV, a lounge area, and snacks! They do in-office services, providing the buyer with tags, registration, inspection, etc. preventing you from needing to go the DMV at all. (Probably one of the best parts. Who likes to go to the DMV for any reason?) They have multiple awards for being the top dealership on CarGurus.com and is BBB accredited, providing evidence of their great service. The manager is really nice as well. He doesn’t overstep in the business of his employers and is very personable.
