“Friendly and helpful staff, made the experience smooth and answered questions but they can improve some little details. 1. gas light came on on the way home from closing, i feel they could have put something in the tank, doesnt have to be full but not fumes. 2. The cabin air filter looked like it had never been changed. that would have been an easy cheap fix. 3. the battery was too small for the vehicle and not strapped down with anything, im not sure how that passed inspection but i guess it did. 4. the weather seal for the driver door was held up with a single piece of scotch tape, a simple double sided 3m strip would have solved this issue much better. 5. the turn signal in the mirror fell off behind the mirror, easy 5 min to pop back into place. All these small details would have taken 30 min total and cost less than $100. and it would have been an easy 5 stars. That being said im very happy with my Sequoia and would buy from neptune again if they had the vehicle im looking for.”

My journey with them began in February when I was searching for a reliable luxury vehicle but facing rejection after rejection from other dealerships due to my financial situation. After multiple disappointing experiences elsewhere, I walked into Neptune Auto feeling defeated but hopeful.
The team at Neptune Auto approached my case with confidence and determination rather than judgment. Within a remarkably short time, they had secured approval for me to purchase a beautiful 2016 BMW X5 with both a reasonable down payment and monthly payments that fit my budget. I was astonished at how quickly and efficiently they navigated what had seemed like an insurmountable obstacle at other dealerships. The vehicle was perfect, and I drove away that day feeling respected and valued as a customer, something I hadn't experienced in my previous attempts to purchase a vehicle.

On April 12, 2025, just after making my first monthly payment, disaster struck when my BMW X5 was rear-ended at a stoplight by a BMW 550 traveling at full speed. While I was thankfully uninjured, my nearly-new-to-me vehicle sustained significant damage.
Initially, I believed repairs would resolve the issue, but a week later—with just two days remaining on my insurance-provided rental car—I received the devastating news that my vehicle was declared a total loss. Most people in this situation would face a nightmarish scenario: stuck between an unresolved insurance claim, an outstanding auto loan, and the immediate need for reliable transportation.
When I arrived at the dealership, Jackson had already prepared a 2018 BMW X5—a newer model than my totaled vehicle—parked prominently out front. I was transparent about my concerns, explaining that I didn't believe they could get me approved again given my circumstances and the outstanding loan. I even suggested waiting until the insurance claim was settled to have a down payment ready. Jackson's confident response was simply, "Yeah, exactly, and we will again. Trust me."
Despite my skepticism, I completed the application. With only one day left on my rental car and two sons to transport to school daily, I needed a solution quickly but expected disappointment. Instead, just hours later, Jackson texted me with the incredible news: "Come pick up your car, you're approved."

I called Johann and he had BMW for sell I was scared he wouldn't be able to get me approved but he truly did everything he said he was going to do. “We shopped on the website and didn’t really know what we wanted to buy. We ended up reaching out on a whim trying the place out. Johann was amazing. We were a little hesitant in shopping around. He kept in contact and answered all of our questions. A lot of the vehicles we looked at ended up seeing sold, but he was able to get us into something that was in our price range as well as reliable, financing was easy we were able to do everything online and get approved highly recommend if you go there-ask for Johann!! He even stayed after hours had all the paperwork ready to go making everything super simple and fast we were in and out and he even cleaned the vehicle himself showing such dedication and hard work. The environment was wonderful and super nice. We will forever be a long time customer.”

“Nice used car experience.
We recently bought a 2019 GMC Yukon XL Denali from Neptune. They are nice to deal with and the selection is good for a small dealer. The truck was in great shape, only needing a few repairs and all the fluids changed, which is what I do with any used car.
We got a decent deal on it and are happy with our purchase. We are currently looking for a vehicle to replace the one our stepson is driving and will be back to Neptune for another deal soon.”
