“Right now,I'm kind of disappointed,don't get me wrong the people are awesome,when I went there I was so excited because I seen the car I wanted,my previous car I had was giving me so many problems where I had put so much money into it,I decided not anymore,let me just get a payment that I really didnt want,but I needed something dependable,living in Newport news and working in suffolk,I definitely needed dependability...I don't do reviews right away because I want to see how things go within 4 to 5 months out..so after my 3 month warranty expired,my oil pressure light came on...the important one,the🔴one,also the abs lights and codes appeared..I talked to someone,I can't remember who right now,and was told to bring it in and they would check and let me know a price,I'm so sad because I had a perfect score and put down $6000, only to be down without a car..there were ² recalls which are not their fault,but if I had known,I probably wouldn't have purchased,ok the car is at Genesis as we speak,1/19/26..for the recall,but when I asked about the oil pressure sensor,they quoted me $2000..I actually shed a tear..I'm a single woman just trying to get to work safely,some may have that kind of money laying around but I don't...so I don't know what I'm going to do right now,but I definitely don't feel its right that I have to pay for something as serious as that after only having the car for only 4 months...I'm not talking bad about them,I just don't think its fair...so after the recalls are done,its going to be sitting until I can figure out what to do,I can't drive it with the light on because that can mess the engine up..I'm sad,disappointed,frustrated ...nice car that I can't drive..
