âFantastic group- I have been working with the Gabriel family for 9 years. I have purchased 3 cars from them. They give you a great price when you buy the car- but more importantly they continue to provide service, at reduced prices, for you and your family members. I am picking up my car today- they saved me $500 on a $1200 estimate from my closest mechanic. Their office is not close to me, but definitely worth a little drive. I am surprised they don't raise their prices, but John is old school and prefers to keep his prices down to keep customers coming back. They definitively have my business!â

âJohn and Constantine were very professional, accommodating, and very pleasant to do business with! When the truck we were interested in was away getting new tires, John promised first rights on it when it came back even though there was other interest on it after ours. Definitely was not a typical 'car sales person' experience - it felt more like doing business with family !â

âJust when you thought there were no honest, straightforward auto dealers around, up pops Lynnhaven Motor Company!
Actually, my co-worker raved about the HR-V she purchased last year but she gave high praise for The Gabriel Family who waited for her to arrive after work and stayed after hours to service her and her father.
I found a tough, black low-mileage 2017 RAM 1500 truck on their website and test drove it on a Saturday about 35 minutes before closing.
Cody-G patiently answered the countless questions I had and his father â who I call âMr. Johnâ always responded to the many email messages I sent when additional questions came to mind.
In our early talks, Cody outlined ALL of the fees so I knew what the price would be out-the-door â and when we closed, it was exactly as he said. I had been to a few dealerships where sudden unmentioned fees popped up later in the process and I walked away.
But with LMC you never have to worry about that. I enjoyed the process. Love these Bros!â

âI hope this review gets noticed by every single person looking to get a vehicle from this lot!! I bought a 2013 Subaru in March for 13,700 from this dealer and the day I purchased it I had a concussion and couldnât crawl all the way under the vehicle, I only drove it 1000 miles and heard a grinding sound in my wheel upon contacting the dealer I was patronized, talked over and manipulated by text message ( Iâll be posting those screenshots here as well) upon further investigation under my vehicle there was SUBSTANTIAL rust, I donât even know how it got an inspection sticker of course the dealer down played the seriousness of the rust.. he offered to fix whatever was wrong inside the wheel by me dropping my vehicle off at his mechanic but that would have still left me w all the rust damage underneathâŠIt honestly looks like itâs sat in water for a very extended period of time I decided to not even message the dealer neck bc he obviously wasnât going to take responsibility soooo I traded the vehicle to RK Subaru on va beach Blvd and purchased a 2021 Outback XT w 50,000 and a warranty, $$ was not the issue and I didnât âneed His helpâ I wanted him to own up to selling a vehicle to me he KNEW had substantial rust damage!!!!!!!! It also had an AC leak⊠I couldnât even run AC bc the condensation came back into the floor board!!! This father/owner of dealership was very patronizing and dismissive and upon going into speak w him he was very short w me noticeably showed aggravation and was moderately verbally aggressive to just make me go away⊠his last words to me was âtake the fricking review downâ I did at first and then thought about it⊠NO I WILL NOT BE BULLIED INTO NOT SPEAKING OUT ABOUT YHIS SITUATION!!!!! I hope this review helps someone make a better choice end more through inspection of vehicles when purchasing and also I hope this makes the father/owner think about the way he speaks to people!!! This was a horrible experience and bc of it I lost 6,000 bc the Subaru dealer only gave me half trade in value if what I JUST paid for this vehicle in March!!!!!!!!!!! How did it even have an inspection sticker on it w THAT much rust underneath ?????â

âI canât even begin to describe how grateful I am with how this dealership treated me. The owner, John Gabriel, worked with me when I explained I had a horrible experience with a previous dealership where I drove 3 hours away and I made an appointment and they sold the car to someone else while I was test driving it, and he promised to work with me to make sure I donât have a similar experience and he really did make it happen. I drove 3 and a half hours to get there and immediately I could tell my happiness truly was their priority and they care about their customers. The other two associates were also incredibly friendly and helpful when walking me through the actual buying process. They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, and when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me. I went home with an amazing car and an even better experience.â
