“This review is for the Parts Department only. It was my first time. Easy parking close by the door. No debris in the lot, or walk up. Once I entered the store and employee greeted me and when told looking for parts walked me there. The parts department is compact, but they pack in some really cool branded Toyota merchandise. Assistance a bit slow, but once I rang the bell was immediate, I explained the issue with a Toyota key fob working intermittently after battery replacement in the Spring. The staff inspected and appeared to work, but they replaced the battery again, no charge. Super easy and impressed with their parts department. I typically go to Checkered Flag, but now rethinking my dealer.”
