“For such a large repair shop it takes weeks to scheduled in. And, the express just get an oil change I'll warn you to just leave your car or you'll likely wait hours, I have, at least twice for small 15 minute jobs. I'd rather pay a little premium for my time and goto an oil change business or Firestone. I do still bring my work van here for big repairs for big cost but they fix it and I still support local business. There sales center is real classy if you buy new cars, I don't. Only 3 stars due to slow service but people are nice. Sorry guys.”

“I am beyond disappointed and angry with my experience at Beach Ford. I literally just bought this truck, advertised as Certified Blue Pre-Owned, and brought it in for service due to a misfire. Not only was I quoted nearly $2,000 for spark plugs and wires, but I was also forced to pay a $170 diagnostic fee just to be told something that should have been caught or fairly addressed on a certified vehicle.
That repair quote is absolutely outrageous. This is a $400–$500 job at most. To make sure I wasn’t crazy, I called multiple other Ford dealerships in the area. Every single one of them laughed at the quote and said they could do the exact same repair for about one quarter of the price.
What makes this even more infuriating is that I am active duty military, and Beach Ford proudly displays pro-military and “Go Navy” signage around the dealership. If that support were genuine, they wouldn’t attempt to gouge customers, especially service members, on basic, routine repairs right after a purchase. It feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of someone they assumed wouldn’t know any better.
A certified vehicle should not immediately have a misfire, shouldn’t require a paid diagnostic right after purchase, and definitely shouldn’t come with a predatory repair estimate. This experience completely destroyed my trust in their service department. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend anyone—especially military members—get a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.
The only good part of the experience was seeing the mystichrome RTR mustang they had in the waiting area for sale. Although, it looks like they will be sitting on that for a while because some genius thought it would be a good idea to option out an enthusiast build like this with an automatic transmission, when every single previous mystichrome/mystic in existence was manual. As a current owner of an original 96 mystic, this build was a bit blasphemous in my opinion.”

“My entire experience was excellent in every regard. The sales manager Matt was great and very personable. He worked with my wife and I while we where waiting on the Ford buy back process to purchase the vehicle that we wanted "Thank you Matt". My salesman Cory Mayernik was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job working with us through our transaction. if your in the market to buy a vehicle do not hesitate to consider Beach Ford.”

“Very happy with my experience buying an F250 at Beach Ford. Selection and price was great along with great sales support. They made it easy, simple and quick to purchase. Best experience ever buying at a dealership. Chris and Mike did a great job with everything - were very knowledgeable and easy to work with and explained eveything. Would definitely buy there again and recommend highly.”

“Emily Scott had excellent customer service, she had a positive attitude, she could tell which vehicle I was more excited about. I only asked for 1 thing that I wanted in the vehicle and she was able to make my wish come true! She took the time to show me how everything worked inside the vehicle. She went above and beyond!! Also a thanks to a family member of mine and another staff member of Beach Ford named Colin for referring me.”
