āFirst off, my initial scheduling for service through their online portal was very easy when I scheduled service last week. This Monday morning, November 13, 2023, I decided to confirm my appointment due to I did not get an email or text confirmation. I was transferred and a service advisor named Nick spoke to me and confirmed my service appointment for Thursday at 7am. I then proceeded to ask Nick about adding an additional concern of having them look into a āservice engineā icon that had suddenly appeared on my carās dashboard. He for some reason, took a rather confrontational stance when I asked about the cost and repair of what the diagnostic testing would find. It had been my understanding per the service manager, Andy in past discussions that the diagnostic fee would be waived as long as they performed the repair. Nick for some reason, became really upset and took a somewhat rude tone with me when he indicated that I would have to pay for both the repair and diagnostic fee! I then suggested that if I just decided to forego the diagnostic and have the replace the O2 Sensor, I would be fine with that and assume the repairs and pay whether or not it ended up being the O2 sensor or not. He then stated that I would have to buy the sensor from somewhere else and bring it in with me and have them replace it. I then asked if I could just have them provide the O2 sensor for my GM car and I would pay for the part and installation. He ademately said NO! We will not do that! I then said, āTell you what, just cancel my service request AND diagnostic/sensor. I will take my business elsewhere.ā So after all of this, I sit here and am very saddened by the whole experience with Nick. I have had thousands of dollars worth of service work done at Ubelhor GMC and I have had nothing but excellent service work but even more importantly, excellent customer service. I will no longer ever step foot in their dealership ever. You unfortunately have lost my business.ā

āAbsolutely fantastic dealership! brought my mother here car shopping, this is her first time buying a vehicle since my father passed away and they were so nice to her, no pressure at all just showed us cars that were in our price range and NEVER once tried to show us anything out of our range. We started out at memmring Chevrolet, every car we looked was dirty or would it start or died on us on a test drive and I'm talking 2016 model cars not something 20 years old. Highly recommend uebelhor plus no doc fee!!ā
