“Very easy to purchase a vehicle here. With a lien it was exceptionally clean and painless. Very happy I made the trip. Michael was exceptional!!”

“Absolutely terrible experience. Communication is nonexistent, and no one ever seems to have a straight answer.
They couldn’t provide a clear meeting time, and when they finally did, they were either late or simply didn’t follow through. My appointments were repeatedly pushed back with no explanation or accountability.
After the oil change, I faced immediate problems, and they initially claimed my motor was “junk” with major issues. Only after pressing them did they admit that the oil filter hadn’t been changed at all.
To top it off, their customer service was shockingly poor, with constant runarounds, conflicting explanations, and a complete lack of accountability. It’s clear they are unprofessional and unreliable. I would strongly advise against using their services.”

“My experience was by far the best vehicle buying experience ever! Courtney is the best! She is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about cars. She made the purchasing process easy. The service manager and the gentleman that I signed the paperwork with were so nice. The next time I'm in the market for another Jeep I will be back!!”

“My impression of this dealership turned out to be mixed. On the one hand, the entry and parking for car haulers are conveniently organized. On the other hand, the attitude of the staff at the key release desk left a very negative impression.
When I arrived to pick up a vehicle, the staff member simply opened the key box, said “no keys,” and stopped there. No database check, no attempt to look deeper into the situation. It felt as though, because I was not a car buyer, they could treat me without respect. But I was there not as a “hired worker,” but as the owner of my own equipment and my own transportation company, carrying out the work and bearing responsibility for delivering the vehicle to the customer.
In the end, the issue was only resolved after I called the dispatcher — suddenly the keys were found, the vehicle was provided, and other employees apologized. But the fact remains: buyers here are treated politely and courteously, while the person who ensures the actual transport process is met with formality and indifference.
Respect should be shown equally to everyone: to the person who buys the vehicle, to the one who sells it, and to the one who is responsible for its delivery. This is the foundation of normal business and cooperation. Unfortunately, that equal respect was missing here.
Recommendation: I strongly suggest that management pay attention to staff training in dealing with drivers and logistics professionals. The dealership’s reputation and the overall customer experience directly depend on this.”

“Thank you Feldman! Purchased my Jeep Gladiator from Ms. Coco Garza yesterday and I'm already in love with it! If you want a sales representative who goes the extra mile, look no further than Coco! She was kind, attentive and made us feel perfectly at ease with our purchase. The finance manager, Tina, was like a wizard, she made the paperwork process super easy and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need; which is so rare in this day and age. Thank you again ladies, you've both been amazing and we will definitely come back for future purchases ❤️”
