“I purchased a car from USA Auto & Truck on March 7, 2024. I immediately began experiencing mechanical issues with the vehicle on the very day I purchased it. I have repeatedly attempted to work with the dealership about these issues. I asked the salesman one day after purchasing the car off I was able to bring the car back and get refunded my $2500 down payment. Milton, the salesperson told me no, if I bring the car back it would result in a repossession and I wouldn’t get my down payment refunded. There are countless issues with this vehicle. I went to attempt to trade the vehicle in at another dealership on June 3, 2026. The dealership was ready to accept my trade in until he ran a CarFax report that disclosed a potential 60,000 mile odometer rollback. He rescinded hours offer to trade in the car due to the CarFax report. He gave me a copy of it and I sent in a request to USA Auto & Truck demanding a buy back due to the fact that I’m not able to trade in the vehicle and this car is currently being financed through Nationwide LLC. My attorney and I have tried to resolve this issue with USA Auto & Truck but they are not cooperating. The potential odometer roll back is a crime. We have submitted the CarFax report and additional documents to USA Auto & Truck and they continue to deny any wrong doing instead of trying to remedy the issue. The inside cabin of the car is leaking exhaust fumes inside the car and the AC system is also broken and will cost $3000 or more to repair. I been experiencing on going issues with the vehicle. The vehicle is a 2013 Infiniti JX35 and the miles reported on the vehicle at the time of purchase read 123,110. There is no way a car that’s 10 years old have 123,000 miles.”
