āI had such a great experience working with Pantelis at the Mercedes-Benz service department in Tysons. Iāll be honest, I personally kept rescheduling my service, and he was always super accommodating and understanding. That really showed his character and professionalism.
From the moment I dropped off my car, everything was smooth and easy. He was very kind, asked if I needed anything, and kept me informed throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his kindness doesnāt feel forced or just part of the job.
He also sent me regular updates, and before I even realized it myself, he let me know that my inspection was about to expire. When I asked him to add that, he immediately handled it and even sent me a text update once the inspection was completed.
Iāve been to other Mercedes-Benz service departments before, but nothing beats the experience at the one in Tysons. Pantelis truly made the whole process stress free. I highly recommend going and asking for Pantelis!!ā

Daisey took the time to explain everything in detail, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her communication was outstanding, and you can tell she truly values customer satisfaction.
Itās rare to find someone so attentive, organized, and helpful. She represents Mercedes-Benz at the highest level. I highly recommend asking for Daisey if you want a seamless and professional service experience.ā

āThis was such a wonderful experience that I tried to get and keep business cards just for this Adrian Kanyek was attentive and took care of our needs answered question and was on top of our whole sales experience from sending a video of the car to waiting for us to arrive to complete the transaction. Patrick Hall and Ashley Kern the sales management team was attentive and made sure that we were aware of all incentives we could use when purchasing the car as well all of the additional benefits that were at our disposal. Service department ( lost card) he was amazing advising of the perks of servicing our car with them or at any other Mercedes location and last but not least Sharma ( I hope I got this right) in finance he was awesome giving us options to keep the car up and running with multiple options.ā

āI had such a great experience purchasing my Mercedes! From start to finish everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. I worked with Kim, and she was absolutely amazingāpatient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, and never once made me feel rushed.
I drove off in my CLA 35 AMG feeling confident, happy, and excited. And to top it all off⦠I even got to keep my bow šāŗļø Such a small touch, but it made the experience feel extra special. Iām so grateful for Kim and highly recommend her and this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!ā

āI purchased a nice used vehicle for my daughter at a very fair price and it was the most pleasant car buying experience Iāve had. Really enjoyed our salesman Ken - he was knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all. They gave us a nice loaner while getting the car in tip top shape for us. Just received a friendly call from Jose on when the vehicle will be ready for pick up. They also have yummy snacks in the lobby!ā
