“I'm leaving this 1-star review with disappointment. I had a good experience buying my car here, but the customer service completely vanished the moment the deal was signed. If you buy here, be aware that any promises made may not be kept. I am still waiting on a significant deposit to be refunded and for the service department to complete the "We Owe" work that was promised to me (a full detail and repairs to a seat and wheel). The most frustrating part has been the complete communication breakdown. My salesperson first went silent, then eventually told me it wasn't his responsibility anymore. A message I left for the Sales Manager, Javier, was ignored. I have made every attempt to handle this privately, including reaching out to the General Manager, but I have been met with a wall of silence. I am not asking for anything special, just for the dealership to honor the commitments it made to me as a customer. I truly hope this public review can accomplish what my private phone calls and messages could not.”
