“Bravo Honda Victoria I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the experience I have had at your dealership since purchasing a 2025 Honda Civic on 02/11/2025. I am utterly disappointed with the level of service and lack of professionalism that I have encountered during this entire process. To begin with, I faced numerous obstacles and inefficiencies starting from the day I traded in my Corolla 2022 for the 2025 Honda Civic. Despite having to wait an additional day due to my credit being locked, I went through a series of inconveniences, including delays in signing papers, receiving only one key instead of two, and being provided with the incorrect dealership number plate initially. Each of these issues required multiple trips back to the dealership, which was not only inconvenient but also reflective of a lack of attention to detail and customer care. To express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent mishandling of the payment process related to my purchase at your dealership. I was informed by your finance personnel that the check had been sent to Safco, and subsequently reached out to Safco to explain that the check had been mailed and that it would take approximately one week to process. However, to my dismay, today Safco contacted me to inform me that my credit had been deducted. Upon calling Bravo Honda, I was then told that the check had been sent out only yesterday. This entire situation begs the question: how could such a series of errors occur in a well-known brand dealership like Bravo Honda-Victoria, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience to a customer? When I recall my experience purchasing a Corolla from Toyota Victoria, I am struck by the stark difference in efficiency and professionalism between the two brands. The level of service and customer service. I initially reached out to Bravo Honda regarding a matter that required urgent attention. Despite my efforts to explain the situation clearly over the phone, I was redirected multiple times and told to contact the account department. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the manager was unavailable due to a meeting and that my messages would be passed along. However, despite leaving my name and contact information multiple times, I never received a callback. After resorting to email and finally getting a response from the manager assuring me that my case would be addressed promptly, I waited days without any feedback. Subsequently, I was informed that a finance person had sent a paid off check. I appreciate your previous apologies, but at this point, actions speak louder than words. It is crucial to me that this issue is promptly addressed, not just for my own sake but also to ensure that other customers do not face similar delays. This not only reflects on your reputation but also on the image of Honda as a brand. I was informed that I would receive an email today with the check, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive anything. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you”
