“I would like to share my experience. On 11-6-2025 I browsed what i thought was sutherlin nissan online ( come to find our they sold, bought my current truck from sutherlin no issue i got the exact price shown online with discount and i paid CASH . I messaged them online and a salesman called me and I CLEARLY asked if the $11,000 discount shown online is true and he said the out the door price on a 2025 left over atomic orage pro x frontier would be $35,000 or less not including my trade in or tax credit! After talking i asked if I could pay cash I was told no I had to finance to get the deal no issue for me . I stressed I was far away and I did not want to waste my time.. he told me he would not be there but a salesman Marco would help me I arrived at 6:30 pm I quickly test drove the truck( have same one a 2022 so dient feel the need for them to convince me ) they quickly in 10 seconds appraised my truck, I go inside and the bait and switch started the truck that I was told was $35,000 immediately jumped to $47,000 and I would not get told or shown and reasons why I magically dident get the savings I was told id get before making the trip.. and best part is I got offered $17,000 trade in for a vehcile carvana offered me $24,500 for.. I was not having it and got up and walked out it's sad that it went from being sutherlin and honest to what it is now I bought my 2022 sv frontier from sutherlin November 2022 with discounts online and everything went smoothly! Iam now taking my business and tell ALL family and friends go to pat fisherinntitusville fl! I Got a appointment today there and sure I'll be leaving with a new truck at the shown price online!! be liery and don't let these people bait and switch and literally rob you on your trade.. 2022 frontier sv 4dr excellent shape, no accidents 49k Miles with all new tires and brakes and you offer $17,000 show me one on your lot for $17000 and I'll remove this honest review ! ** update! So vero nissan kept texting me to make a deal and said they would price match the dealership I decided to go with and im glad I stuck with fischer nissna they gave me $26,500 trade in on same truck vero bissan offered $17,000 and fischer gave me all discounts/ rebates without any questions asked! I'd send one of your managers there to show you guys how buinsess is truly done!! So sad you guys ruined a great name sutherlin USED to be”
