I am completely dissatisfied with the service at Linus GMC. I set an appointment a week in advance to get an oil change and a tire rotation and to do a diagnostic on the engine. I arrived at 9am left the car and they said they would keep in touch on when it would be done. I received no calls that day I called first thing the next morning and they have done nothing to the car. I told them to forget the diagnostic and just do the oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be done by 1:30 I got a call at 1:30 and they said it would be done at 2:30 I arrived at Linus and they, have not Evan started to do the oil change or rotation. Why have to set and appointment when you the dealership does not follow up or get things done on time. I was going to buy a new GMC Acadia but with service like this I will need to look at other options.

Went here to buy a truck and the salesman couldn't be bothered. After we asked him to show us an $87,000 truck that I was hesitant to buy, he never even offered to show us anything else. It felt like the salesman thought we didn't have the money to buy it. Went down to Mullinax Ford and purchased the $70,000 truck. This is a prime example of Judging a book by its cover. Update: the manager called me back and was very apologetic for what happened. He assures me that he will talk to the employee and then retraining will be done

Linus always comes through!!! I had been feeling the “Chevy shake” in my suburban for a month, and had taken it to another local GM service provider, twice, only to be told there was nothing wrong with it. I decided to let Linus look at it, and boy am I glad I did! John, my service tech, really listened to the problems I was experiencing. The service department was able to find the cause of the shaking, and fix it 4 days ahead of schedule. I am so grateful for the hard work and dedication that Linus Cadillac, Buick, and GMC put in to their customers.
