āPhenomenal experience at statewide Ford: they patiently sat with me to place a custom order for a manual transmission Ford Bronco. Brad Greve took the time to help me get all the options just right, and never any high pressure sales speak - just down to earth, friendly service directed at helping me get what I wanted. He gave me a great deal on my trade-in and found some additional savings on the price with some extra digging. Kierstan Baldwin was awesome at communication: giving me production updates all along the way. She got all the final paperwork done in such a friendly way - and even followed me to the gas station to get me a first tank of gas: such a professional! Gabe Recker in Finance is a cool dude and great at his job! He made swapping out all the title paperwork, easy and efficient - thanks again for your patience! Iām very grateful for all of their efforts and very happy with the service. I would recommend them 100%: they treat you like a neighbor not, a number! 5/5 Stars every day of the week!ā

āI have more of a Story then a review as I never bought a car from here.... let me explain why. After setting my sights on a 2014-2017 Cadillac CTS 3.6 Twin Turbo V-Sport i found myself disappointed after driving 3.5 hours on two seperate occasion (once to Michigan once to Cleveland) only for the deals to fall thru due to the PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION. The first one had transmission fluid in the rear differential and i honesty believe it was news to them when I gave them the certified Cadillac dealership service report. The second was clearly deception as it was wrapped instead of painted, and had Chinese headlights causing indicators on the dash to come on. I gave up on what I wanted and I moved over to plan B. Lose the turbos and just go with the 3.6 engine in the Gen 3 CTS body. Found a low mile, clean, what i thought was black one at the dealership in Van wart. Upon my arrival I'm greeted by a very friendly, beautiful sales woman. We make small talk and i ask to test drive the Cadillac. Service was great, very friendly and fast. Car was in excellent condition but during the test drive I felt a wobble/vibration in the front right wheel bearing/suspension (I'm a truck driver and can diagnose with the best of them) so much so that I request the saleswoman to switch seats and drive the car back. U could clearly feel the vibration in the steering wheel at speed over 30 mph as the vibration intensified with speed. We head back to the dealership. As I was doing my research looking for the V-Sport trim I picked up on the diffrent trims. V-sport is top of the line (only thing better is a V-8 twin turbo V) but the V sport has all the bells and whistles. Then u drop to performance, then u drop to the most standard package at Luxury. Now there are some weird Lil trims in-between, u have Preformance Luxury packages where it's "both" but that just a nicer performance trim. Anyway..... this is a Luxury. Analog dash, no rear seat curtains, no rear seat heated and cooled seats, no magnetic suspension, none of the top features. So I offer $12,500..... the car is listed at $13875. The young sales lady takes my offer to the finance manager and she retorts with $13675. I respectfully decline and get up to leave, there's nothing else to talk about, my initial thought was I'm not paying them $12,500 for a standard cts idc what the miles are. As I go to leave I'm met by a young gentleman that stepped in as if he could change my mind. I just clearly state I'm not paying more then $12,500 for this vehicle. As I make my way out the dealership the finance manager come out to insure the 2md salesman didn't upset me. I ensure her he didnt, that I'm actually impressed with the customer service and I even appreciate her coming out (it was freezing) to check on me. But I didn't want to sit around and do the back n forth. I leave, but they don't know that im headed right to my bank which has a local branch. I was informed that the bank the Ford dealership uses is my bank that im already pre approved for 15k-18k for my V sport. I go to the bank to find out what the payments would be on 13k as I wanted to make a counter offer. After getting the information I call back up to Van Wert Ford and state to the finance manager "meet me in the middle at 13k....is that ok. She clearly states, 13k....we can do that". Im excited!!! Im about to get me a new to car. I head back to the dealer as they can run my loan there as they partner with my bank. I'm sitting down with my young sales woman.... name...address...SS #....I GIVE HER MY SS #, THE DEAL IS DONE!!!! She then says, I have the sales price at 13,100. I laugh and go, "no no 13k even, even numbers, let's keep it simple". She goes to confirm with the finance manager and out come the manager. She informed me the "middle is $13,100". She's taken my words, focused on meet in the middle and threw the rest of the sentence away like it didn't exist. I said MEET IN THE MIDDLE AT 13K..... and she agreed and repeated it back to me.ā

āAlissa was awesome she was very fast to get answers if she did not know, the entire staff are friendly and helpful. I would tell any of my family or friends to go see their dealership. I drove from Monroe mi to get my 2012 charger police pkg. I just can't say enough about the dealership, it's like being in a tiny town buying a car no pressure at all.ā
