“So I bought a truck in July 2025. I take it there for a recall and to get the radio fixed from static. After 5 hours of being there they tell me they cant not fix the the radio do to a after market exhaust. WOW. Now the truck is still under full warranty mind u. I had bought a truck from Mike Anderson in 2022 and with the same issue ( which they fixed). I understand i did not buy the new truck from them ( they didn't have what i wanted. The radio in the truck is completely static on every station. There saying its from an after market exhaust. I talk to a lot of mechanic's and they all say that makes no sense. I always bought cars and trucks from them. Well not anymore. There service department told me a couple hours also. Then it was over 5 hours later. I never complain about anything. But that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Just want to put this out there so no one else has to go through that. I guess they dont want to fix vehicles under warranty if there not bought from them. Or they just dont want to do it. That place is not what it use to be. Be carefull”
