This dealership operates with a complete lack of integrity. They are incredibly friendly and helpful only until you pull out your credit card. The moment the payment is processed, the professionalism vanishes and they treat you as if they have never met you before. Beyond the poor sales experience, the service department is a disaster. I brought my car in for specific work and, despite paying for the service plus several of their recommended add-ons, they failed to actually perform the work I paid for. They charge four times more than competitors while providing zero accountability or customer care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this place for the past 3 years and it never fails to disappoint me. Today I went in for tire rotation and oil change. It took 2 1/2 hours before I decided that I was gonna check on the car, during the timeframe I was sitting there I got no update, on what was happening with the car, but this is not unusual this is the norm for this location. I asked if the car was ready. Advisor said give him two minutes 20 min passed still nothing. I got up and went to advisor he Said it’s gonna be another two minutes. Finally, I got the receipt, I paid and went to the valet, He said give him a minute he need to have some move the car that was parked in front of my mine, which means my car had been done and sitting there for a while. As I left the lot, I noticed the front left tire was lower than the usual 34 it was at 31, and the other three was at 33 when it’s usually @35,36. So I went back, I spoke with the attendance supervisor about the issue, I ask him if his engineer can’t make sure that the tires pressure is good on a car after it has been service, how should I be comfortable knowing that my car wheels don’t fall off, if they can’t do a simple thing as making sure the tire pressure is good after service. He was very dismissive told me let’s go outside and talk, But instead, he walked me to my car Open my door and practically sit me in the car, to avoid the complaint. On my way home, I called my husband and I told him what happened He said if they had rotated the tires, the front left shouldn’t been the Lowest Pressure tier still, not possible which, leads me to believe that they never did rotate the tire. They just changed for the Service and said they did it. I do not trust this service location.

The service is always amazing. I came in for a quick oil change was immediately accommodated and for coming to a dealership in my opinion the wait time was reasonable. Staff here is amazing as well super knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend this location for service as well as if you need to purchase a new vehicle (I did purchase my recent car from this location as well)

If you're shopping for a car, go see Rommel at South Shore Hyundai -- seriously, he's the best! I've gone through a ton of car leases and purchases over the years, and this was the easiest and most enjoyable one ever. Rommel made the entire process smooth, fair, and completely pressure-free.
